Leisure-related business is growing, but are leisure trips by public transport also increasing? Join us on September 26th, 2024, from 12:00 to 15:00 at Teams, as we host a workshop discussing and sharing tips on how to increase the usage of public transport for leisure travel.

In this workshop, we will delve into the factors that influence perceived safety on public transport. We’ll explore which customer groups are most concerned about safety, how these concerns impact the use of public transport, and discuss potential strategies to address these issues effectively.

The BEST Annual Conference will be held in Turku, Finland's oldest city, on May 23rd and 24th, 2024. It allows participants to exchange ideas and experiences with professionals from other PTAs and learn about the city that achieves the highest citizen satisfaction score in BEST.

In the annual meeting the members of the key figure group look into the reported key figures, discuss the need for adjustments, analyse trends and developments and the reasons for change.

In the analysis group meeting, analysts from participating partners and member organisations discuss the survey results based on context/what has happened in each city/region. They also discuss research ideas and experiences based on past, current and planned research projects.

What is the secret of successful public transport marketing. Come and share big or small success stories with others. You can tell about the use of new channels, experiments or wider campaigns. The focus of the meeting is on marketing, but successes in communication can also be included.

The BEST Annual Seminar will take place in Oslo on the 4th and 5th of May 2023 and gives participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and experience with professionals from other PTA's. The seminar is also open to non-member PTA's.
