Target Group: Colleagues working with customer experience, fare policy, marketing and communication, ticketing systems, and digital services.
Webinar participant responsibilities:
Each interested participating organisation prepare/hold a presentation related to the webinar topic. Depending on the number of participating organisations/PTAs the time frame per presentation can vary between 10 and 20 minutes. Participating organisations provide a preliminary title of the presentation and the presenter's name (preferably when registering).
