BEST workshop #3 - 2023: Changing travel behaviour – post covid

The workshop will focus on how the pandemic has changed travel behaviour and the consequences for the public transport service we provide to our customers.

The presentations serves as a starting point for a discussion, that might take place in smaller groups, depending on the number of workshop participants. The presentations should never take more than 50 % of the allotted time, to allow time for discussions and breaks.
