Workshop 2 - 2022: Changing travel behaviour - post covid

The BEST workshop about “Changing travel behaviour – post covid” took take place on the 16th of November. The topic of the workshop was related to the following issues:

• Which customer groups have you “lost”, and who has returned?

• Has the travel behaviour changed to other green modes like walking or bicycling, or to trips made by car?

• When do you expect demand to be back at 2019 levels?

• How has covid changed the overall transport market in your city/region?

• How do you plan to meet the future? (cutbacks, investments, changes)
